Easy Pick-up & Delivery
Do you own and operate your own drycleaning plant?
Yes, we are a full service cleaner.  All of our drycleaning, shirts, laundry, tailoring and window treatments are processed on-site.

Do I have to send clothes every time?
No, use us only when you need us.

Is there a minimum order size?
No, why pile up your dirty clothes?

Do I have to be home?
No, you pick a place at your home where we will check for
pick-ups and make deliveries.

Are your prices gender based?
No, the prices are the same for men and women.

Do you do alterations?
Yes, simply pin the instructions to the garment.

Do you clean household items?
Yes, we clean your drapes, linens, rugs, comforters and so much more.

Do you clean and press sheets?
Yes, nothing compares to the soft feel and smooth look of sleeping on freshly pressed sheets.

Retail Services
How do you determine how to clean each piece?
To protect your garments, we follow the Care Label instructions on each item we process. There are laws set in place to protect you, the consumer, and we abide by those laws.
 
What if a Care Label is missing or has been removed from the garment?
We will assume you want it to be dry-cleaned, since you have brought it into us for care, unless stated otherwise at time of drop off. We accept no liability for garments that have missing or removed Care Labels.
 
What if I get home and I am not happy with the cleaning?
We suggest you check your items before you leave the store, which can save you time and hassle. However, at anytime you are dissatisfied with a garment, we will reprocess the garment at no charge to you. Please be aware that some spots may require your signature, stating that you understand further work may cause damage. However, be assured that our system is set up to deliver meticulous care for all of your fabrics.
 
What if I forget to remove personal items from my pockets?
If we find any valuables in your garments, we will make every effort to return them to you but we cannot be held liable for the loss of any such articles sent to us. Please make sure to check all your garments for money, jewelry or other valuables before you leave.
 
Should I try to remove a stain before bringing it in?
No, it has been our experience that any attempts to remove the stain on your own may set your stains. If you get a fresh stain to us, untreated, we have a better chance of removing it without damaging your garment.
 
My comforter doesn’t fit in my washing machine. Can you wash it?
Yes, we clean much more than clothes. We also process household items such as blankets, comforters, and most draperies.

Restoration Services
What is a rush order?
Rush orders consist of the clothes that you need back within 2-3 business days which you will wear while the rest of your order is being processed. Bedding may also need to be included in your rush order. Call our office at (888) 266-3208 with your rush delivery location to arrange this delivery. Please allow 24 hours for delivery.


What about the rest of my items?
The rest of your belongings will be returned to you when you and your home are ready for them. We will keep them stored for as long as necessary. After all "we are your closet." Please call us for delivery 2-3 business days before you would like them returned to you.

Can I come and view my items?
Of course you can, please call us at (888) 266-3208 to make a viewing appointment so we can best serve you by having everything ready to look at in one location.

What is your process?
Once the CSRs arrive at our plant with your inventoried bags, we itemize your individual items with our bar-coded, computerized system. This is how we input, process, track and deliver with complete accuracy. This is our greatest tool in assuring we return everything to you that we picked up.

What types of goods can you clean for us?

All of your bedding, clothes, rugs, leather, draperies, towels,
down pillows, furs, hats, stuffed animals, shoes, belts, and purses.
